Hello everybody. Welcome back, hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and your first day back is going good. Today is late for dinner but could be used tomorrow.
Ingredients:
1) 4 - Salmon Fillets
2) 1/3 Cup - Orange juice
3) 1/3 Cup - Maple syrup
4) 1/4 Cup - Soy Sauce
5) 1/2 Tsp - Ground Ginger powder
6) 1/2 tsp - Garlic powder
7) 1/4 tsp - Ground Cayenne Red pepper
Directions:
1) In a bowl whisk the maple syrup, soy sauce, orange juice, ginger,
cayenne, and garlic powder. Then pour the marinade into a baking dish,
place salmon in the marinade, and refrigerate covered for 20-30 minutes.
2) Heat a grill pan and brush with olive oil over medium high heat. Season
salmon fillets with a pinch of salt (if wanted) and pepper, then grill 4 minutes per side.
3) Bring leftover marinade to a boil, then turn heat down to low. While salmon is cooking, baste with the leftover marinade.
